Pakistan has given a price of 2.86 lakh rupees for PM Modi's flight ...!

New Delhi: Pakistan has sent a bill of Rs 2.86 lakh to India as the route navigation fee of the IAF aircraft used by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

This information is given in response to the application filed under Right to Information (RTI) Act. This fee was sent to the prime minister's plane in Lahore and in connection with the visits of Russia, Afghanistan, Iran and Qatar.

Worker and retired Commodore Lokesh Batra filed an RTI application seeking information. It has been said that by June 2016, the Indian Air Force aircraft was used for the visits of 11 countries of the Prime Minister - Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Qatar, Australia, Pakistan, Russia, Iran, Fiji and Singapore.
Batra has publicized the copy of the RTI responses from August last till January 30, 2018. During such a visit, on December 25, 2015, Modi stayed in Lahore for some time on the request of then Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

This stop came when Modi was returning from Russia and Afghanistan. For this, a bill of Rs 1.49 lakh was released in the form of a route navigation fee. This information has been provided in the records obtained under the RTI Act from the Indian High Commission located in Pakistan.

Apart from this, Pakistani officials put the route navigation fee of Rs 77,215, when Modi used the IAF aircraft for the trip to Iran on 22-23 May 2016.

Along with this, when he traveled to Qatar on June 4-6, 2016, a bill of Rs 59,215 was released as a navigation fee. Modi's plane has passed over Pakistan for both of these visits.

According to the data, about two crore rupees spent on the use of the IAF aircraft for Modi's visits between 2014 to 2016. Record is part of the answer received from various missions of India.
